STATUS
Built
YEAR
2020
The demolition and the complete reconstruction of the main building lead to an enlargement and upgrading of the quality of the Hotel Fischer in the village of Klerant above the city of Bressanone. A generously glazed seminar room with terraces in front, as well as two company apartments, form the first floor of the spatially clearly defined new building. There are a total of 30 guest rooms on the three floors above. The facade is characterized by a strict geometric frame. The recesses in the facade enable the creation of balconies that are protected from view and additional niches in the rooms. The interiors are characterized by a reduced shape and design. Spruce and oak are used in the execution of furniture, ceiling paneling and floors. The textile surfaces are executed in earth-colored tones. The wellness area in the mezzanine is being redesigned and supplemented by saunas and relaxation rooms.
