Firstleaf is a luxury villas project at Hyderabad which gracefully unites luxury with character and beauty with comfort. Not a far call from throbbing urban activities and yet at semblance with nature, Firstleaf is as exclusive as Hyderabad's Upper Crest.
The project's requirement was to merge the outdoors with indoors by large breathing windows. The design revolves around the prime concept of self cooling spaces in Hyderabad’s climatic, where temperature in summers rise up to 45 degrees. Eluding the sun path, the plot is divided along the north-south axis with the villa on the western side, leaving open garden space on eastern side. Each villa casts a shadow on its back garden or an elongated courtyard, cooling the space and allowing for large glass windows breathing the abode with cool breeze and bringing down the need for artificial cooling.
