Spector Group recently completed the design of Firefly’s new offices located on the 15th floor of the Starrett Lehigh building at 601 West 26th Street with spectacular views of the Hudson River. An edgy, informal and relaxed atmosphere for the 10,000 SF space was created emphasizing exposed concrete and glass, including a decorative metallic seating installation in the reception area, glass office frontages, with curved glass corners and exposed ceilings and concrete floors. Fully landscaped and usable terraces are accessible in two areas. Firefly’s bright brand colors were incorporated throughout the space.
