NOVEtecture was contracted to redesign the interior for an open concept floor plan on the first floor and a . This project was a complete Gut renovation of Cellar, First floor, Second Floor, and walk up attic due to fire and water damage. The house boasts a master suite which includes master bathroom, walk in closet/ nursery. The remaining second floor includes two bedrooms with a hallway bathroom, a finished walk up attic/loft. The first floor has a formal dinning room, a family room that is open to kitchen, breakfast nook, and powder room, and a finished cellar that walks out to rear yard.
