The office design for Fiorella, a company specializing in children’s clothing design and production, is located on Jomhuri Avenue in Tehran. It was created by combining two separate 100-square-meter units.
Initially, the priority was to create a unified office from two separate units, and then to locate the necessary spaces in two distinct spatial envelopes. Spaces such as the showroom, meeting room, and design department were placed in an open space, while spaces like the management office, accounting room, sales unit, and finance were located in enclosed spaces.
The presence of an elevator and staircase box in the center of these two units created an opportunity to design a central loop around it, creating a space that would both connect the two units and organize the administrative spaces around this central loop.
This space, with its distinct color and graphics, separated itself from the rest of the space and accommodated the waiting area and connecting corridors.
During the design process, the false ceiling of the units was demolished, leaving an exposed ceiling in the project that added more height to the space. The external visitor is first met with the waiting area and then the product showroom, and graphic elements were designed and added in harmony with Fiorella’s visual identity.
