Originally a series of smaller artist studios, this downtown Manhattan loft space was reimagined as an expansive showroom carefully designed to exhibit a range of rotating products developed by world class fashion designers. Initial stages of renovation revealed a variety of hidden architectural features including vintage wooden flooring, steel columns, and large timber framing, all of which were reclaimed and refined to be featured alongside bespoke furniture, fixtures, and architectural accents. With an intense focus on detail, the showroom’s unique program was defined by the custom-built modular display and work stations devised to allow both public and private operations to coexist, improving staff productivity as well as the visitor’s experience.
