The Design was approached by questioning what kind of information the pavilion will offer. Information was then categorized into two: Static Information, and Dynamic Information.Static information is the Detailed , Fixed type of Information. It is not influenced by time. Ex: What Is London? What is Olympics? Team Backgrounds?Where Dynamic is the information typology where it is Constantly updated, highly affected by time.E.g.: Teams medals, Schedules etc. The Relation between what is static and what is dynamic is not absolute, but a threshold. For example, What is Olympics, as a static information, changes by long term history, hence, have a degree of Dynamism. The Pavilion offers 4 different degree of flow, from Smooth Dynamic flow “ offering Dynamic information” to complete static Drag Spaces “offering detailed, Fixed, static information”.The Degree of Drag is proportional to the Amount of Detailed information presented, hence increasing time spent inside space and decreasing flow.
