Inside, classical Italian forms—arched colonnades, stone accents, warm timber—are reinterpreted through a minimalist lens: volumes are clean, surfaces uncluttered, and circulation flows intuitively from reception to restful alcoves. State-of-the-art engineering ensures that every detail honors regional craftsmanship and sustainable practice—from locally quarried stone and responsibly felled wood to advanced energy-management systems.
At the heart of Ferrano’s design is a deep commitment to environmental stewardship. Geothermal heat pumps draw constant subterranean warmth to heat interiors and supply hot water with minimal electricity.
