The recently constructed buildings at the White Oak Campus provide the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with the tools necessary for effectively implementing the initiatives of the FDA. As Prime Contractor, Edifice performed renovations to the GSA appropriated FDA offices, laboratories, and support facilities at White Oak. Alterations and renovations were phased to provide ongoing workspace in the secure government facilities. Improvements include Design | Build of new work spaces and miscellaneous work across 5 Buildings. Also included is FF & E for more than 125 work stations. Order of magnitude for this project is $3.7M.
