Favo house
Idea:
In this project, we have tried to convey the spirit of the marine coastal residence on the French Riviera, but it does not create a historical monument, and modern accommodation with an open layout and its unique space. The house is built on the banks of Pestovo reservoir in central Russia in the 17 km from Moscow city.

Concept:
The style of the house is inspired by the Italian Mediterranean motifs, as reflected in the decisions of the facade and in the title of the project Favo-house or in Italian house SOTA. House plan is based on the bee honeycomb inner part kotoroy- is a semi-open patio facing away Pestovo reservoir. The main and side facades are closed as much as possible from the neighbors. Splendor home gives a big entrance with a porch, courtyard gradually reveals the house in the direction of the reservoir.

The total area of 1150 m2.

Location:
The house is built on a plot of 80 acres in KP Cote d'Azur, 27 km away. from Moscow to Dmitrov highway.

Constructive decisions:
Foundation: monolithic belt w / w, at the base of the pool monolithic foundation slab.
External walls: double brick aerated Vishera with warming PENOPLEX.
Mid-floor: mixed - monolithic and prefabricated w \ b.
Internal walls: brick and foam block.
Stairs: monolithic w / w.
Roof: Natural Roof Tiles Creaton Natur Red.

Facade solutions:
Windows and doors: wood Laseta Aken with double glazing.
Facade: natural coquina stone, decorative elements of limestone.
Cap: dolomite
Roof overhang: filing RUSPANEL with painting CLARK + KENSINGTON.
Terraces and blind area: Pavement FARBET.
