Prototype/concept
for a new brand of fast gourmet dining, focused around the concept of the
ultimate steak sandwich. The brand is to be positioned between Chipotle and
Shakeshack. The clients, with a long track record in the fast dining industry
in the New York area, reached out to us to define the interior architecture and
create a dining experience that’s memorable, casual, replicable, urban,
contemporary, and timeless.
