World renowned gastronomic scientist Ferran Adrià is growing his newest venture, Fast Good, into North America. This fast food restaurant is a prototype environment to be positioned in markets across the continent, but beginning in affiliation with Cleveland's West Side Market in Ohio City.The design is based on a series of investigations of an initial meal experience that evolved over the course of half a semester.With professor Kathryn Strand, Fall 2009.
