A private Farm House in the paddy fields at Hospet. The Design and construction follows the traditional pattern prevalent in the South India. Spread across 4 acres of lush green landscape dotted by coconut palms, this vernacular house borrows heavily from the traditions of our country. Designed to keep the house cool , it is connected by open courtyards with water chanels with Jali works.
