The area dedicated to the house is located next to the garage, and it is aligned to the road. The volume consists of two different zones: a wooden box, which includes the private spaces such as the main bedroom with its own bathroom and closet, the studio, the main bathroom and an area for laundry, storage space and installation room.
On the other hand, de living day consists of a more opened and glazed zone, which includes living room and kitchen.
And finally, the covered terrace area is located next to the house, with the possibility of connecting directly with the kitchen - living room.
This space is closed in its Northwest side and opened to the landscape of the plot of land and the exterior swimming pool, benefiting from light and warm.
