The project locates almost in Miera street’s centre. e plot is very speci c. It is the middle between a rather dense side of the street and big park. While studying the area there appeared two main goals: not to design a massive building and try to provide the view of the park to the stading behind buildings. Also one of the aims was to create a good, interesting space in the yard. According to the project it con- sists of open space with big screen (public zone; young), playground (children) and garden (adults). e plot has an irregular shape, has four re walls, to which the build- ings are attaching. e project consists of two buildings. One of them has a speci c shapes with slopes, which provide light inside and open the view to the park. Also the slopes are an additional light inside the apartments. Another building directiones to Zirnu street and has a small atrium inside. e apartments are di erent size and mostly designed to the families. e typology of apartment is a duplex space in a slope area. e inner planning is so, that all living rooms or rest rooms locates in direction to the park.
