13,500 sq. ft of organic vegetable growing space to benefit the STEAM education program and massive catering operation of Levi's Stadium. The project uses one ton of biochar to sequester carbon from the atmosphere into the rooftop garden. The biochar retains moisture and holds onto fertilizer, allowing fewer resources to be expended in maintaining the urban farm.
