Located in the Verna Industrial Estate - a designated area for industrial activity in the South of Goa, the design is superimposed on the existing bare frame of reinforced cement concrete (r.c.c) columns, beams and slabs.
This structure has been re-designed to function as a flexible Multipurpose Space for various activities of commercial and industrial purposes such as Logistics, Assembly, Manufacturing, Call Service Centers, etc.
The design focuses on patterns on the facades to create a style that minimizes the impact of this building mass.
