The Fabulous Headquarters was designed to reflect the confluence of two programs: one being the office tower for the Fabulous Group occupying the upper floors, the other is the Mass Rapid Transit subway taking up all the basement levels. The exterior of the building tries to express the dynamic quality of motion and speed, which speaks to the very essence of the two corporate identities.
