Crestlane at City Walk – Where Calm Meets the City
Crestlane at City Walk is a contemporary expression of urban living, designed to balance stillness and energy in equal measure. It responds to the contrasts of modern city life—where serenity and vibrancy coexist, and refined living remains deeply connected to its surroundings.
The design is shaped by three guiding principles: Tranquillity, City Pulse, and Urban Living. Together, they define a residential experience that is sculptural, elegant, and effortlessly modern.
Across all residences, a refined material palette and carefully curated furnishings create a sense of quiet luxury, while embracing the dynamic rhythm of the city.

The Lobby
The arrival sequence introduces Crestlane’s elevated design language. A natural, tactile palette defines the space, with soft white limestone walls, warm marble floors, and bronze accents grounding the interior in timeless sophistication. Metal detailing and crystal glass feature walls add contrast and lightness, while ambient lighting creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
Suspended above the lobby is a sculptural installation, Fluid Currents—a woven mesh and sculpted glass feature that captures the movement of water. As light passes through, it casts soft, shifting shadows, bringing depth, texture, and a sense of quiet motion to the space.
Standard Residences
The standard residences are designed with a sense of understated elegance. Warm tonal layers and seamless material transitions establish a continuous, calming flow throughout each home.
Soft finishes, clean lines, and subtle contrasts come together to create spaces that feel refined yet grounded. Every detail is carefully considered, resulting in interiors that are effortless, enduring, and perfectly suited to modern urban living.
Premium Residences
The premium residences introduce a bolder, more expressive design language. Rich hues, sculptural forms, and purposeful detailing define the interiors, while a double-height living space becomes the heart of the home—flooded with natural light and enhanced by openness and proportion.
Here, softness is balanced with strength: gentle curves meet structured forms, and layered tones bring warmth and depth. Carefully placed lighting highlights architectural features and sets the mood, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
Penthouses
The penthouses elevate the design experience further, with a serene, sculptural aesthetic and a strong connection to the surrounding cityscape. Framing views was central to the concept, with carefully composed openings and sightlines that draw the outdoors into the living spaces.
A refined balance of textures and forms defines the interiors, while layered detailing and polished finishes introduce tactile warmth. The result is a living environment that feels expansive, tranquil, and deeply connected to its context.

Kids’ Room
The safari-inspired children’s room is designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Reflecting Dubai’s dynamic spirit and natural landscape, the space offers an immersive learning experience centred on the UAE’s ecosystem. Textured surfaces echo desert flora, while interactive elements introduce local wildlife, encouraging sensory exploration through play.
Media Room
The media room blends comfort and flexibility, creating a space that adapts to every lifestyle. Whether for movie nights, podcasts, or music sessions, the room is designed to support creativity and connection. Inspired by the vibrant energy of City Walk, it becomes a social hub where relaxation and expression come together.
