The ‘Exit 10 Al Hamra Development’ project, due to its location within Riyadh on Exit 10 of the Eastern Ring Road junction with King Abdullah Road, is a development by SEVEN to bring a unique and engaging entertainment venue to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Situated in a unique location on the intersection with proximity to two metro stations, the development is set to become the destination for entertainment and leisure for the residents of Riyadh, designed to be an inspiration to the future generation and a city icon with an eye on the heritage and the culture of the kingdom. Inspired by the third pillar of the 2030 vision to transform the Kingdom into a global hub connecting three continents, Asia, Europe and Africa and with a believe that entertainment will enhance the quality of life for citizens and visitors to the kingdom, spreading joy and driving progress throughout the nation, SEVEN has partnered with CRTKL and Thinkwell to develop a one of a kind, unique and engaging centre of entertainment and leisure for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. EXIT 10 project will feature a core of high-end adult, teen, and family entertainment options supported by a selection of luxury dining and retail creating a new and extraordinary mix of attractions unlike anywhere in the world.
The development is a two levels facility with four unique entertainment districts situated around a large indoor atrium with connection to an outdoor public space that caters for every demographic in the city, a place for everyone to enjoy and relax. The development includes Family Entertainment Complex, Discovery, E-kart track, Clip N Climp, Wavehouse, Bowling, a Lifestyle Club, Blackbox, Cinema and introducing external F&B buildings within the landscape with outdoor entertainment spaces and a multistorey car park.
