Eventbrite is the world’s largest self-service ticketing company. Since being founded in 2006, it had expanded at a rapid rate, growing out of several offices in the Bay Area and adding new offices in Australia, the U.K., Ireland and Argentina. For its new downtown San Francisco headquarters, the global company had a vision for the space as a healthy and happy home for its employees, affectionately referred to as “Britelings.” It also wanted to create a collaborative and productive environment.
This was achieved through a fluid design plan that is greatly enhanced by an abundance of natural light. The workplace comprises various work environments, from hammock rooms to bleachers in stadium seating. With spaces dedicated to individual and group gatherings, the HQ echoes the diverse live experiences Eventbrite helps facilitate and illustrates the power of design to help employees remember why they come to work every day.
