This 500 dwellings project in Reus catalunya was based on the idea of multiplying the plot 10 times into the agricultural context to extract the "urban grain" and bring it into the plot center.This allows a perimeter design where the housing blocks will benefit from a green central space where agriculture and social activities will be held.
