The project creates, along with the two plots next to it, the core of the Eu-ropaallee in close proximity to the main train station of Zurich. The sophisti-cally formulated building volume is based on a three to five story plinth for commercial and office use, on top of which two residential towers, with dif-ferent heights and orientation, arise that unfold a spatial presence on their sur-roundings. The building envelope made of bronze colored aluminum appears vivid and plastic and is distinguished by an innovative shading system with telescopically extendable elements made of perforated aluminum that appear out of the lintel.
