This Project shows its importance towards the street by two marble volumes that hold between them the main entrance of the building. This access is located one level below the street level which provides privacy to the interior. The main tour is through a corridor that works as an axis and crosses from one volume to the other. This volumes extend to the exterior to generate terraces towards the interior to have more privacy.
The project has 12 apartments distributed in four volumes of four levels each. It has a basement level for parking and services. The four volumes are separated by a central hallway that provides access and hosts all the vertical and horizontal circulations of the building. At the front, two main volumes have four double height apartments, and the two volumes at the back have the other eight apartments which vary according to the user needs.
All the apartments have view to the urban context of Polanco generated by the terraces and internal patios. The building´s expression is originated by the combination of translucent materials such as crystal and solids such as marble which is used on the main volumes.
