The E-Tower project is set on a site of 6.530,00 sq meters; it's an office building with 32 floors, situated among big avenues in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
It was projected as a slender building with 148 meters high, becoming the 3rd tallest building of Sao Paulo with a variety of floor sizes with the objective of attending organizations of different sizes, to suit the real state market.
Taking advantage of this necessity we create a stepped building, breaking it apart into 3 volumes. The lower volume has 5 floors of 1.100sq meters of area creating a dialog with the street, the scale of pedestrian access. The intermediate volume has 12 floors of 850sq meters and create an integration with the neighbourhood as it has the average high of the neighbour buildings. The tallest volume has 14 floors with 550sq meters finalizing with a remarkable crown and helipad.
The finishings most used were granites, marbles, curtain walls of anodized aluminum and high performance glasses and other coverings such as aluminum and wood.
