ETO is a medium-sized enterprise specialized in planning, delivering, installing, and commissioning low- and medium-voltage systems.

Greatest challenge: How does a growing business attract job applicants to a location within great nature, but at the cost of a longer commute? Our assignment: “Please design the building so the people want to come to work here.”

From the first sketch to the placement of the flower pots we had the huge opportunity to continuously work together with our client.

The building’s technical exterior is straightforward and clear-cut; all the more the large patio with parasols and a barbecue signals: We focus on our employees!

The building’s interior was carefully accented in purple, green and yellow – colors from the company logo. A harmonious balance of blues complements the design and enhances concentration.

At solid wood tables a mix of matching but not identical chairs encourage informal conversation. The break room, cafeteria, and library – friendly and colorful rooms – are popular areas.
