taskdevelopment of a masterplan for two villages in switzerland. creating of a social connection between these two communities. elaborate a chosen area of the overall project on the abandoned factory site.evolutionreduce the footprint of the old factory. show covered canals. create free space. bring in new life into old warehouses.resulteternitown offers a big range of uses. to range from apartments, lofts, townhouses to offices, ateliers through to a multipurpose hall and a market hall connected by a big public square. canals, meadows, parks with a lot of trees and walk paths surround the various buildings. in the southern part of the area are lofts built in the old warehouses.light and air gets into these areas through courtyards and skylights. there are apartments offered for singles, couples or even large families - where all rooms have access to the inner garden which is beside the living area one of the social gathering places.
