In the heart of San José del Cabo lies Estero, a mixed-use residential development that redefines the way we live today through architecture, materiality, and a strong sense of community.
Estero is conceived as an integrated experience, where the residences coexist naturally with Gamba, a café that shares the same architectural language and activates the life of the project.
The material palette evokes sand and local stone, incorporating finishes in light, warm tones, with natural plasters and rosa morada wood that add texture and warmth to the spaces.
The project is organized as follows: on the ground floor, Gamba—a restaurant—brings life to the building and encourages interaction with the community. The three upper levels house six one- and two-bedroom residences. On the top level, a roof garden offers panoramic views of the historic town and the sea.
