With a privileged view to the sea, the residence with 710.86 m² of built area was designed to be the refuge of the owners, a couple with a son, who loves to receive friends. Aiming to offer maximum comfort, the studio was inspired by the hotel concept, with a contemporary style, to develop this project.

The house consists of basement, ground floor, first floor and attic in an architectural arrangement that values integration with nature. In the basement there is a garage for four cars, storage, bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor, the social area is integrated, presenting the living, dining and kitchen rooms in one space connected to the balcony with pool. The first floor exemplifies the concept of a hotel, as it has a master suite with an intimate TV room and table to serve breakfast. A place of comfort and privacy required by the couple. Another three bedrooms and a support kitchen complement the floor.
In the attic, a relaxation environment was sought, with a SPA. The finishes applied throughout the residence follow the contemporary line of the project.
In addition, the residence has an automation system, both for electronic equipment, as well as point and general lighting, enabling the creation of various scenarios.
