When we focused on the area where users would spend most of their time as part of the project's main design decision, we developed a plan to maintain our 10-meter-wide dominant façade in a single space. We created a 90-square-meter loft living space by minimizing dead space. By utilizing each space efficiently, we strived to keep family members in one area while also creating different living spaces tailored to their mood. Our loft apartment is entirely user-centered. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are separated by a lightweight partition system. Furthermore, a recreational area with a view, a fireplace, and a play area are all integrated into a single space. The design of these spaces incorporates solutions that provide a comfortable experience for individuals.
The material choices and color palette of the residence emphasized a soft, permeable feel. The wood in the ceiling is a common feature throughout the spaces.
We incorporated unique, handcrafted details into our design, avoiding formalism and overly formalism. Rather than imposing on users' tastes, we strived to cultivate a modernism that remains consistent even after many years. We strived to create a space where they can easily adapt their lifestyles within its original, hand-crafted simplicity.Erkut1935
