The pavilion transforms as light and shadow shift throughout the day. Visitors experience an ever-changing play of light that dances across the pavilion, creating an enchanting and immersive experience. This dynamic interplay evokes memories and invites reflection, making each visit a unique journey that connects past and present.
RHYTHM
The pavilion’s twisted louvers, varying in height and dimension, symbolize life's journey from childhood to old age. Arranged radially around an existing tree, the pavilion encourages visitors to explore its spaces, with the tree as a central focal point, celebrating the beauty of nature. These reflective louvers act as a metaphor, illustrating how time can warp our perceptions and prompting contemplation on the malleability of time and memory.
THE RAINBOW
The aluminum louvers supplied by DML are treated with Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) and Titanium coating from Global Titanium Coating S/B, transforming the pavilion into a vibrant, rainbow-colored sculpture that blend harmoniously with the surrounding nature. As visitors pass by the pavilion, the colors transform, creating a dynamic visual experience.
TIMELESS JOURNEY
Experience a timeless journey that seamlessly blends different eras, centered around an existing tree in the park. Discover the fascinating link between the past and the future as visitors journey through time at the Erascape Pavilion. Louvers near the center showing future moments, while those farther away depicting past moments. The pavilion consists of twisted louver that represent different stages of life, from childhood to old age. As they move through the pavilion, from the lower to the highest louvers, visitors are inspired to reflect on their own life stages and memories.
