"We believe that architecture’s first and most important task is to solve problems and inspire to make life better. Architecture of our times should indicate our creativity of how we face obstacles as well as our aspirations for the future. It appears that the biggest problem of the city of Moscow is traffic. Vast number of cars cause that living in the city is getting harder and harder. Noise and pollution threaten our health and decrease our life quality.Architecture needs a function. Therefore, we propose to create a function between the outer skin of ‘Matryoshaka’ and the existing cinema. Function, which deals with the outlined Moscow’s problems."
