Turnkey private house designed by Andrey Sokruta Workshop in a modern and minimalist style with a great attention to details, their functionality and attractiveness.
The structure is composed of two massive parallelepipeds perpendicular to each other and supported by large columns. Both floors serve as shelters for two parking lots and at the same time exits from the kitchen and roofs for the lower terraces.
Andrey Sokruta Workshop has paid great attention from the beginning to the design solutions to be adopted and the unity of the exterior design.
In the project “Equilibrium”, the designer provided various floor-to-ceiling windows facing the courtyard, allowing to literally flood all the rooms with daylight. In addition to the "beauty" function, there is also a quite practical reason for such an arrangement: you can see the gates, cars, being clear who has arrived or left.
The view into the courtyard also opens from the stairs that lead to the second floor. It also has an exit to the roof of the first floor, where you can organize a stylish patio for relaxing with friends.
All materials and colors in this house clearly express a desire for eco.
The interior of the apartment is spacious, elegant, attractive and purely minimalist. A bright living room with a panoramic window and typically modernist decorations as the "moss decor" made by the florist Ihor Avramenko and illuminated by the geometric metal lighting fixture from the company "S.V.E.T. plus.
The interior architect Andrey Sokruta designed also a matte black kitchen with a working area and an island that resembles a monolith.
The ceilings are made of chipboard panels between which the technical lights are mounted in all rooms of the house.
A bedroom also in a minimalist style and decorated with wood-like tiles and two bathrooms, the master one accessible directly from the bedroom and decorated with wood and white tiles, while the guest bathroom's decor is made of marble tiles and a mirrored cabinet.
