This project included alterations to the 2nd floor Electrophysiology Catheterization Lab on the second floor of Butler Hospital. The ceiling was demolished and replaced, the finishes were removed and replaced, and new equipment was installed. A new air handler was also installed to provide HVAC to the space. Portions of the work included new wall partitions with lead lined gypsum wall board, new finishes including sheet vinyl, continuous wall protection, ceiling, and paint as well as new casework and new mechanical, electrical, medical gas, plumbing, and fire protection work. DRAW and MBM Contracting worked together to complete this project.
