Enya is a restaurant that seeks to position itself as one of the best in the region, where its specialty is cuts of meat from local cattle.
Enya means sun in Pai Pai, an Amerindian people living in the northern state of Baja California, Mexico; element that represents the warmth of the inhabitants of the city of Mexicali.
The concept of the restaurant is to communicate the local and state roots through the interior design and its details, exalting the richness and excellence of our products bajacalifornianos. The restaurant is divided into five areas: kitchen, restaurant, bar, terrace, and mezzanine, where each one provides a unique atmosphere.
The exhibition kitchen, covered with golden plates that go hand in hand with the majestic mural of the artist Juan Angel Castillo, is the protagonist of the place, where there is a visual interaction between the diner and the kitchen staff. Wood is one of the materials that are denoted in the place, from its furniture, ceilings and its carved bar. Decoration, lighting, perforated steel plates; everything comes together to create an eclectic, cozy and elegant atmosphere.
