1,200 sq. ft. tenant build-out for Enterprise Holdings in Boca Raton, FL.We worked with the Enterprise Facility Standards to provide a new store inclusive of waiting area, reception counter, manager's office, staff desks, break-room and ADA bathroom. Services included: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Contract Administration. We also selected lighting and ceiling tile finishes for the client.Architect: CCS Architecture and Interior Design, Engineers: Henz Consulting Engineers, General Contractor: Itasca Construction, Photography: JRabinowitz Photography. We helped the owner complete this project in 5 months from start to finish.
