YEAR
2010
To highlight the pedestrian axis that unifies the project and the site’s landscape qualities, an overall sobriety was chosen for the ensemble of buildings. In tones of white, the orthogonality integrates the existing buildings and respects the preferred north-south orientation. As a counterpoint, the undulating, complex geometry of the pedestrian axis is punctuated by atypical volumes in rusty steel tones. These volumes give the school a strong identity, immediately legible on entering the campus.
