the CI-FACTORY of ENGELBERT STRAUSS is not just a logistics building for workwear. it is also a location for ultra-modern office space as well as prototype development and production.
employees and visitors experience a consistently designed working environment in all areas, from reception to workstations and co-working spaces to the canteen with its own bakery and coffee roastery.
PLAJER + FRANZ not only designed all the interior spaces and the lighting concept, but also the façade of the 200 metre long and 50 metre high building.
normally, logistics buildings along the motorway are frighteningly disproportionate. by skillfully structuring the façade, inner courtyards and dynamically overstretched proportions, an exciting building has been created that lives the CI of ENGELBERT STRAUSS from the outside in.
