COSTEN S.r.l. has developed the architectural, structural, executive, energy requalification and installations projects for the renovation of a historical building in the heart of Rome, covering an area of 700m2. Particular emphasis has been given to the reduction of building shell dispersions, effective and efficient use of conventional energy sources and energy production from renewable resources. The intervention will bring the building from its current energy class F (26,50 kWh/m3 annually) to energy class A+ (2.76 kWh/m3 annually).
