Thinking about producing energy inside the cities, the purpose of the project is to use dead spaces in the city to do it.
As far as the highways in Japan are no more than giants with no care about people, the idea was to turn Nagoya´s omnipresent highway into a new symbol, creating energy for the city and having more purpose other than getting cars from a point to the other.
