Enada is located in Mühye Valley, a significant area in Ankara known for its residential developments and scenic views. Positioned at the intersection of Turan Güneş Avenue and Doğukent Street, the site lies at the crossroads of two major urban axes, which require further development in terms of commercial activity and public space usage. The site’s challenging topography, featuring significant slopes along both the North-South and East-West axes, has directly influenced the project’s design and layout.The main goal of the project is to create a public space that meets the investor's needs while integrating both commercial and office functions, addressing the requirements of modern office life and commercial use, and promoting the social and cultural interaction needed in the neighborhood. In modern cities, public spaces have evolved beyond traditional squares and parks into dynamic venues for events such as cinema screenings, concerts, and festivals.Contemporary office environments should offer more than just workspaces—they should support relaxation, interaction, and creativity. Sustainable design strategies, including flexible office layouts, natural lighting and ventilation, rooftop gardens, and transportation solutions like public transit and bicycle facilities, enhance both environmental responsibility and user well-being. With this in mind, Enada’s design minimizes its ecological footprint while encouraging artistic and cultural engagement.At the heart of the project, Enada Square serves as a multifunctional urban space, hosting cultural activities such as outdoor cinema screenings, concerts, and festivals. Terrace spaces complement the commercial and office units, maximizing views and enhancing the user experience.
The massing layout strategically sets back the office block, forming an inviting square with direct access from Doğukent Street. This square seamlessly transitions into an observation terrace, envisioned as a collective urban space connected by Enada Alley, the project’s central axis. Commercial and office units surrounding the alley are designed to create a vibrant and interactive environment.
An elevated bridge, supported by architectural arches, enhances connectivity between the office and commercial spaces, defining the spatial experience. Along Enada Alley, shops, restaurants, and cafés create a lively retail and dining hub, while the observation terrace features fine-dining restaurants, offering a sophisticated culinary experience.
Taking advantage of the natural topography, the project introduces Enada Street at a lower level, forming a dynamic urban artery that seamlessly integrates commercial and office spaces.
Enada Square prioritizes social sustainability, providing spaces for cultural and recreational activities that promote interaction. Environmental sustainability is achieved through a massing strategy that minimizes excavation and adapts to the site’s topography. The project also enhances accessibility with pedestrian-friendly and barrier-free connections. Designed for energy efficiency, the façades optimize natural light and ventilation, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment while reducing energy consumption.
