NegretePhotographs: Zaruhy Sangochianhttp://zaruhysangochianfoto.tumblr.com/The challenge in the design of the Beauty Salon Emilio & Garcia was to show the encounter between the feminine beauty ritual and the masculine, by contrasting sensations and architectural elements representing each gender.Example of this tension is the black crystal lightning installation with the white plant pot wall art piece, both separated by their height position, opposite elements with a symmetric pattern. The vertical gray brick wall integrates and divides both areas, as an element of transition. The versatility of the chosen materials: brick, concrete and textured walls integrate into the conceptual interior design of each area as a recreation of a living space.
