EMBLA - a house of the future
The inflated prices of land, building contracts and building materials in recent years have led to a situation that can
appear hopelessly unsustainable. It's easy to despair, but instead of letting ourselves get down, we must of course dare to think ahead,
dare to increase efficiency and dare to lower costs - but for the sake of that compromise the quality of our Swedish building heritage. We need
ver a dynamic architecture, an innovative building that can be used both independently and as a densification object. We need
reasonable rent levels, healthy material choices and adaptable apartment solutions. We need intelligent construction systems,
low operating and maintenance costs, healthy environmental adaptations and smart details in an elegant design with a long life. We
need EMBLA. EMBLA is the house of the future. It radiates architectural innovation and is based on a rational industrial
construction process with good ecological conditions, extremely reasonable operating costs and low monthly costs for tenants
terns. At the same time, it is proof that really good apartment buildings are the result of alternative concept solutions rather than
unlimited budgets.
