This project consists of an 11-story, 318 suite Embassy Suites Hotel and a three-story, 97,000 sq. ft convention center with a Houlihan’s restaurant attached to the hotel.
The Embassy Suites Hotel has a three story atrium lobby that overlooks the University of North Texas, LEED Platinum stadium. Amenity spaces for the hotel include an indoor pool and fitness room. The convention center has a 2,000 seat ballroom with multiple break-out meeting rooms to support several functions at one time.
The City of Denton’s CVB offices will be located on the lower level of the convention center, and a classroom for the University of North Texas Hospitality Management program will be located within the facility. The hotel will be part of Rayzor Ranch Towne Center, a 600,000 sq. ft., all open-air retail, dining, and entertainment destination. The project is striving for LEED® Gold certification.
