Elysium Experience Centre
Site is located on Panathur in Bengaluru. The area is set to significantly enhance by connectivity by the proposed road directly to the outer ring road in Whitefield. The site is well connected to major modes of transport.
The Client’s brief was to design an experience centre at Panathur, Bengaluru, in front of the proposed development of luxury apartment. They imagined an immersive journey that blends modern sophistication with nature’s tranquility. Their requirement was to incorporate AV room, physical model room, Conference/meeting/discussion rooms, 10-15 workstations for various departments, Reception and waiting lounge, Channel partner cabins and waiting area, the Model flat. As we embarked on conceptualizing the experience center, we were confronted with a pivotal question: should we embrace the urban modernity that surrounds us or prioritize a holistic customer experience focused on collective beauty? Our decision was unequivocal—we chose to emphasize collective beauty.
Guided by the project's brief, we envisioned creating a porous environment that not only enhances visitor experience but also serves as a catalyst for the development of the project's character.
Our design philosophy drew inspiration from the graceful butterfly. These creatures, with their vibrant colors and harmonious relationship with nature, embody a sense of curiosity and wonder.
By integrating nature seamlessly into every area, we sought to blur the boundaries between built and natural elements. This approach transforms each space into a communal hub, fostering a sense of belonging and shared experience among visitors.
The design begins with careful site and spatial planning, ensuring optimal place ment of green spaces, water bodies, and circulation paths to create a balanced and functional layout. Voids are strategically incorporated within the structure to introduce vegetation and water features, fostering natural ventilation and creating lively, breathable spaces. Elevated decks are designed to provide users with immersive 360-degree panoramic views of the surroundings, enhancing the experiential quality of the space. The use of clear glass elements allows for uninterrupted visual continuity between the interiors and exteriors, inviting natural light and reinforcing the connection to the environment. The sloping roof design integrates the building with the natural terrain, creating dynamic levels while optimizing the stack effect for passive cooling and energy efficiency. The final composition harmoniously blends hardscape with lush landscapes and water bodies, resulting in a tranquil and engaging environment. This design embodies sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics, offering an immersive and holistic experience that celebrates the relationship between built form and nature.
Once you enter into the building, the thoughtful design immediately sets the tone for a harmonious blend of functionality, elegance, and nature. The recep tion is open and inviting, a space where first impressions are created. Adjacent to it, the CP Lounge and CP Cabin exude sophistication, offering comfortable meeting spaces where visitors and clients can engage in discussions surrounded by natural light and open views. The staff room, workstation, and private phone booths are tucked away, creating a dedicated area for productivity. These spaces are strategi cally placed to ensure privacy while remaining accessible. The cafe becomes a vibrant hub of activity. Its lively yet cozy atmosphere invites both visitors and employees to relax, connect, and recharge. Nearby, a play ful energy radiates from the children’s play area, where families can feel at ease knowing there’s something for everyone. The journey continues as you explore the central feature of the experience center—the model space and display area.

The use of rattan, a natural material, not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also aligns with our philosophy of incorporating natural elements into the built environment.
