The Vision of Ellington Beach House
Ellington Beach House is an exclusive collection of luxury residences on Palm Jumeirah, reinterpreting the classic beach house as a contemporary coastal sanctuary. The design captures the effortless elegance of seaside living, where nature and architecture merge to create a sculptural expression of understated luxury. A warm, sophisticated material palette responds to the beachfront setting, grounding the building in its natural surroundings while elevating it with refined detail.

The Look & Feel
Inspired by the soft glow of the island’s sunsets, Ellington Beach House is defined by a sense of relaxed luxury. The architecture encourages seamless movement between indoors and outdoors, with expansive terraces, landscaped edges, and full-height glazing that frame sweeping sea views and blur the boundaries between home and horizon.
The Architecture
The building’s superyacht-inspired form is shaped by clean lines and a rhythmic balance of horizontal and vertical elements. Its massing is carefully composed to maximise waterfront views, while sculpted trapezoidal blades give the façade a striking, dynamic character.
Generous balconies are layered across the elevation, framed by beach-inspired screens that provide both shade and privacy. The material palette—warm travertine, champagne-gold metallic accents, and expansive glass—adds depth and luminosity. Drawing from its coastal context, the architecture combines calm, organic influences with bold graphic forms, resulting in a modern interpretation of ultra-luxury beachfront living.
The Interiors
Inside, each space is thoughtfully curated to create a distinct atmosphere while maintaining a cohesive design language.
The wellness suite is conceived as a tranquil retreat, where cool blues and iceberg tones are paired with soft LED lighting and warm timber accents. Ribbed iceberg marble and bronze-tinted mirrors introduce texture and depth, reinforcing a sense of calm and restoration.
In contrast, the clubhouse embraces a richer, more intimate mood. Dark timber flooring, bronze accents, and statement marble counters create a refined setting for social gatherings, dining, and relaxation.
The apartments reflect the warmth of the golden hour, with layered tones of bronze, deep reds, and soft neutrals. A combination of sheer and blackout drapery allows residents to effortlessly transition between daylight, privacy, and evening ambience.
