The lot is in a traditional urban area in the north west popular quartier : La Pastora, surrounded by small houses as much 2 or 3 stories in the west and east bank. In the south, a modern residential 15 stories building and in the north a big square with the magnificent church in neo-colonial style.As both east and west are similar in typology but not in order (in the west bank the houses are ordered and aligned tod the street but not in the east) the idea it to give some king of order and rhythm in the east façade, setting the classroom wing and in the other side the special spaces as like sport pavillion, art classroom, dining room and offices. The in-between space acts like an scenary limited by great walls in yellow and purple, again one side straightened by the classroom´s wall and in the other side like a chaothic but "funnier" side with twisted volumes biting the purple wall.
