The client owned three separate apartments, and she approached us with a bold vision: to combine all three into a single, unified living space. The challenge was not only in clever planning, but also in executing the design in a technically sound and legally compliant way — including obtaining the necessary permit for a full re-layout. Ultimately, the assignment was completed successfully, and the client was highly satisfied with the result.
This project involved a high level of technical complexity: more than 25 detailed drawings were produced to ensure every aspect of the renovation was properly documented and executed. The project required careful structural planning (wall removals, load-bearing assessments, plumbing and wiring reconfiguration), as well as strategic functional design to make the now-combined space feel cohesive and harmonious. Beyond that, we preserved — and enhanced — comfort, flow, and usability, effectively transforming three formerly disconnected apartments into one elegant, unified home. The final result combined functionality, comfort and sophistication, giving the client a living space that matched her lifestyle and expectations.
