Elastic Urbanism is a synthesizing surface which enhances the civic nodes on Bodo's cultural foundation by developing a single surface incorporating program as the main generator of a formal urban strategy. A set of axis existing on the macro scale of the site yielded a spatial connectivity and placement of three cultural institutions: a library, a theater, and a Slooping museum. This proposal was submitted for the International Design Competition sponsored by the Municipality of Bodo
