This project aims to avoid a conventional general typological structure for this urbanization model; That is why it proposes the creation of a new natural space on which to structure and diagram the implantation.
It is configured through an open form that embraces a new contained and “architectural” lake, optimizing existing natural resources. This lake allows all the functional units to have privileged views, lighting and ventilation of a common natural space. In this way, the common space is not a classic amenity, but a water mirror in the care of all, which in turn reflects the volumetric conformation of the complex and the natural species planted there.
A silent and contemporary architecture shelters the units that are formally intertwined in a combination of duplex and triplex typologies, optimizing the footprint at the access level and containing the natural space. This resolution, in section, avoids the need for common vertical cores, allowing to maintain the horizontal arrangement that embraces the central natural space.
